In this section:

Will the ISA receive all information on all cautions and convictions of people registered with the Scheme?

Only information that is relevant to an individual’s registration status, that is if it related to an individual posing a risk to children or vulnerable adults, will be passed on to the ISA.

However, where there is relevant information on an individual, the ISA will have access to all other information held in relation to that person so that it can make a fully informed decision about the person’s suitability for a particular post or position.
